Deine Aufgaben

Du leitest aus dem jährlichen Brand Plan gemeinsam mit dem Brand Manager die Creative- und Content-Strategien für verschiedene digitale Plattformen, Medien und Kampagnen ab
Du entwickelst proaktiv kreative Content-Ideen, erweckst diese zum Leben und hast dabei die Erreichung der Marketing- und Unternehmensziele stehts im Blick
Du verantwortest unsere Content-Produktionen (Foto und Video): Hierzu entwickelst du zusammen mit dem Brand Manager und der Kreativagentur die Konzeption, erstellst das Briefing und leitest eigenständig die Beauftragung und Umsetzung mit der Agentur, inkl. Steuerung vor Ort bei Shootings
Du kennst die Bedürfnisse unserer Endkonsumenten und entwickelst Content, der begeistert und wirkt – von der aufmerksamkeitsstarken Grafik bis zum emotionalen Video auf allen Kanälen
Du führst ein neues Digital Asset Management (DAM) System ein, das einen einfachen Zugriff auf die Inhalte für die Stakeholder des Unternehmens sicherstellt und bist erste:r Ansprechpartner:in für alle Content Management-Anfragen
Du pflegst unser DAM einschließlich der Asset-Benennung, des Uploads und der Strukturierung der Inhalte für das gesamte Unternehmen
Du arbeitest eng mit deinen Kolleg:innen innerhalb des Marketings zusammen, insbesondere Brand Manager, PR Manager, Social Media Manager und Digital Channel Manager, sowie mit Kolleg:innen aus weiteren Abteilungen, insbesondere dem Produktmanagement und R&D für technischen Content

Dein Profil

Du hast durch ein Marketing oder Kommunikations-Studium die relevante Theorie erworben und langjährige Erfahrung in der Führung von Agenturen und Produktionsdienstleistern, um konsistente und qualitativ hochwertige Ergebnisse sicherzustellen
Du hast sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
Du hast Erfahrung in der Umsetzung vorgegebener Bildstile und Bildsprachen in hochwertigen Produktionen und Kampagnen; Portfolio-Beispiele erwünscht
Du bringst starke Fähigkeiten in visueller Konzeptentwicklung und Art Direction sowie Projektmanagement mit, um kreative Konzepte präzise und zielgerichtet in visuelle Inhalte umzusetzen
Du hast Freude an Storytelling und ein Gespür für gutes Design, insb. (audio-)visuelle Kommunikation und Text
Dir sind Social Media-Plattformen und -Netzwerke bestens vertraut und du weißt, welcher Content hierfür ideal ist
Du verfügst über solide SEO-Kenntnisse und bist sicher in der Erstellung von Texten
Du bist aktive:r Biker:in, idealerweise Mountainbiker:in, um bei Shootings die Einhaltung aller benötigten Details für eine authentische Bildsprache sicherstellen zu können
Dich zeichnen umfangreiche MS Office Kenntnisse aus; Erfahrung mit DAM-Tools, Adobe Creative Cloud und KI-Tools sind von Vorteil
Du bist engagiert und arbeitest strukturiert

Über uns

Die Porsche eBike Performance GmbH entwickelt, produziert und vermarktet am Firmenstandort in Ottobrunn bei München wegweisende Antriebssysteme unter zwei Marken: kompakte Leichtgewichte von FAZUA für agile E-Bikes, die ein außergewöhnlich natürliches Fahrgefühl schaffen, sowie zukünftig auch besonders leistungsfähige Antriebssysteme unter dem Markennamen Porsche. FAZUA ist eine junge, ambitionierte Marke, die 2017 die Fahrradindustrie mit einem komplett neuen, innovativen Antriebssystem für leichte, agile (und gutaussehende) E-Bikes auf den Kopf stellte. Seit Juli 2022 sind wir durch die Übernahme durch die Porsche AG Teil der Porsche eBike Performance GmbH. Unser diverses, offenes, progressives (und spaßiges) Team freut sich auf neue inspirierende Talente, die mit uns die Zukunft der E-Bike Technologie prägen und eine neue Fahrradkultur etablieren wollen.

Your Tasks

Together with the Brand Manager, you will derive the creative and content strategies for various digital platforms, media and campaigns from the annual brand plan
You proactively develop creative content ideas, implement them and always keep an eye on achieving the marketing and corporate goals
You are responsible for our content productions (photo and video) You develop the concept together with the brand manager and the creative agency, create the briefing and independently manage the commissioning and implementation with the agency, including supervising the shoots on location
You know the needs of our end consumers and develop content that inspires and works - from eye-catching graphics to emotional videos on all channels
You will implement a new digital asset management (DAM) system that allows the company's stakeholders easy access to content and be the first point of contact for all content management enquiries
You will maintain our DAM, including naming assets, uploading and structuring content for the entire organisation
You will work closely with your colleagues from Marketing, in particular the Brand Manager, PR Manager, Social Media Manager and Digital Channel Manager, as well as colleagues from other departments, in particular Product Management and R&D for technical content

Your Profile

You have acquired the relevant theory through a marketing or communications degree and have many years of experience in managing agencies and production service providers to ensure consistent and high quality results
You have a very good command of German and English
You have experience in realising given visual styles and visual languages in high-quality productions and campaigns; portfolio examples desired
You have strong skills in visual concept development and art direction as well as project management to translate creative concepts into visual content in a precise and targeted manner
You enjoy storytelling and have a flair for good design, especially (audio-)visual communication and text
You are very familiar with social media platforms and networks and know which content is ideal for them
You have solid SEO knowledge and are confident in creating texts
You are an active biker, ideally a mountain biker, in order to be able to ensure that all the necessary details for an authentic visual language are adhered to during shootings
You are characterised by extensive MS Office skills; experience with DAM tools, Adobe Creative Cloud and AI tools is an advantage
You are committed and work in a structured manner
You are enthusiastic about teamwork and networking and have experience in international collaboration

At the headquarters in Ottobrunn near Munich, the Porsche eBike Performance GmbH develops, produces and markets advanced drive systems for two brands: FAZUA with the focus on pioneering compact lightweights for agile e-bikes and under the brand name Porsche exceptionally powerful drive systems. FAZUA is a young, ambitious brand that has transformed the cycling industry in 2017 with its innovative drive system for agile, compact, lightweight (and extremely good looking) e-bikes. Since July 2022, we are a part of the Porsche eBike Performance GmbH through the takeover by Porsche AG.
