Deine Aufgaben
  • Als Teil des Servicewerkstatt Teams bist du für die Abwicklung von Servicefällen zuständig - vom Eingang defekter Komponenten bis hin zur abschließenden Qualitätskontrolle
  • Durch Fehleranalysen erkennst du Defekte an unseren Antriebssystemen und löst diese entweder durch Reparaturen oder den Austausch von Ersatzteilen
  • Dabei arbeitest du eng mit den Abteilungen Technical Support und Qualität zusammen und trägst somit zu einer stetigen Verbesserung unseres Produkts bei
  • Mithilfe deines Organisationstalents sorgst du außerdem dafür, dass unser Material- und Ersatzteillager immer ordentlich und aufgeräumt ist
Dein Profil
  • Du hast eine Berufsausbildung erfolgreich abgeschlossen und konntest bereits Erfahrungen in einem mechanisch-technischen Betrieb sammeln
  • Du hast Interesse an der elektrischen Antriebstechnik und hast bestenfalls Erfahrungen mit E-Bikes gesammelt
  • Du kennst dich mit den gängigen MS Office Programmen aus und hast idealerweise mit einem ERP System gearbeitet
  • Im täglichen strukturierte, sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise aus
  • Du besitzt gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Die Porsche eBike Performance GmbH entwickelt, produziert und vermarktet am Firmenstandort in Ottobrunn bei München wegweisende Antriebssysteme unter zwei Marken: kompakte Leichtgewichte von FAZUA für agile E-Bikes, die ein außergewöhnlich natürliches Fahrgefühl schaffen, sowie zukünftig auch besonders leistungsfähige Antriebssysteme unter dem Markennamen Porsche. FAZUA ist eine junge, ambitionierte Marke, die 2017 die Fahrradindustrie mit einem komplett neuen, innovativen Antriebssystem für leichte, agile (und gutaussehende) E-Bikes auf den Kopf stellte. Seit Juli 2022 sind wir durch die Übernahme durch die Porsche AG Teil der Porsche eBike Performance GmbH. Unser diverses, offenes, progressives (und spaßiges) Team freut sich auf neue inspirierende Talente, die mit uns die Zukunft der E-Bike Technologie prägen und eine neue Fahrradkultur etablieren wollen.
Your Tasks
  • As part of the service workshop team, you will be responsible for handling service cases - from the receipt of defective components to the final quality check
  • You will use fault analyses to identify defects in our drive systems and resolve them either by repairing or replacing spare parts
  • You will work closely with the Technical Support and Quality departments and thus contribute to the continuous improvement of our product 
  • With the help of your organisational skills, you will also ensure that our materials and spare parts warehouse is always neat and tidy
Your Profile
  • You have successfully completed vocational training and have already gained experience in a mechanical-technical company
  • You have an interest in electric drive technology and have ideally gained experience with e-bikes
  • You are familiar with the common MS Office programmes and have ideally worked with an ERP system
  • You have a structured and reliable way of working on a daily basis
  • You have good written and spoken German and English skills
