Deine Aufgaben
  • Du bist die Stimme von Porsche eBike Performance und unterstützt unsere Fahrradhändler und Rider via Telefon und E-Mail. In diesem Team teilst du die Begeisterung für Porsche und FAZUA Produkte sowie unsere Services und legst damit den Grundstein für eine ausgezeichnete Customer Experience
  • Du findest optimale Lösungen für unsere Kundenanliegen, denn jedes Gespräch bietet dank deiner Begeisterung für Kommunikation die Chance für ein außergewöhnliches Service Erlebnis
  • Du setzt dich gerne mit unseren Antriebssystemen auseinander, identifizierst und löst - nach einer umfassenden Einarbeitung - mit Hilfe unserer digitalen Tools auch tiefergehende Fragen zu unseren E-Motoren
  • Du nimmst regelmäßig an Schulungen teil, um Expertenwissen über Produkte, Dienstleistungen und Kommunikation aufzubauen und hast somit die Chance dich vom Technical Support Agent über den Expert bis hin zum Specialist zu entwickeln
  • Du dokumentierst alle Kundenanfragen in unserer CRM System, erstellst Aufträge und wickelst Retouren sicher ab 
Dein Profil
  • Du konntest bereits Erfahrungen im Kundensupport via Telefon, E-Mail oder Chat sammeln
  • Du bringst echte Leidenschaft für den Kundenservice und Verantwortungsbewusstsein für die Kundenerfahrung mit
  • Du hast ein gutes technisches Verständnis und interessierst dich für E-Bikes
  • Du hast ein Talent dafür, anderen Personen aktiv zuzuhören, deren Anliegen schnell zu erfassen und mit unterschiedlichen Kommunikationstypen umzugehen
  • Fähigkeit, technische Informationen über mehrere Tools zu recherchieren und zu erfassen, während du mit Kunden sprichst
  • Du bist lösungsorientiert, bewahrst bei komplexen Anfragen einen kühlen Kopf und bringst die Bereitschaft mit, dich in die technische Problemlösung einzuarbeiten
  • Du bist gut darin, eine nachhaltige Beziehung zum Kunden aufzubauen
  • Du besitzt sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Die Porsche eBike Performance GmbH entwickelt, produziert und vermarktet am Firmenstandort in Ottobrunn bei München wegweisende Antriebssysteme unter zwei Marken: kompakte Leichtgewichte von FAZUA für agile E-Bikes, die ein außergewöhnlich natürliches Fahrgefühl schaffen, sowie zukünftig auch besonders leistungsfähige Antriebssysteme unter dem Markennamen Porsche. FAZUA ist eine junge, ambitionierte Marke, die 2017 die Fahrradindustrie mit einem komplett neuen, innovativen Antriebssystem für leichte, agile (und gutaussehende) E-Bikes auf den Kopf stellte. Seit Juli 2022 sind wir durch die Übernahme durch die Porsche AG Teil der Porsche eBike Performance GmbH. Unser diverses, offenes, progressives (und spaßiges) Team freut sich auf neue inspirierende Talente, die mit uns die Zukunft der E-Bike Technologie prägen und eine neue Fahrradkultur etablieren wollen.
Your Tasks
  • You are the voice of Porsche eBike Performance and support our bike dealers and riders via phone and email. In this team, you share the enthusiasm for Porsche and FAZUA products as well as our services and thus lay the foundation for an excellent customer experience
  • You find optimal solutions for our customers' concerns, because every conversation offers the chance for an extraordinary service experience thanks to your enthusiasm for communication.
  • You like to get to grips with our drive systems, identify and - after a comprehensive induction - also solve in-depth questions about our e-motors with the help of our digital tools
  • You will regularly attend training courses to build up expert knowledge about products, services and communication and will therefore have the opportunity to develop from Technical Support Agent to Expert to Specialist
  • You will document all customer enquiries in our CRM system, create orders and process returns securely
Your Profile
  • You already have experience in customer support via phone, email or chat
  • You have a real passion for customer service and a sense of responsibility for the customer experience
  • You have a good technical understanding and an interest in e-bikes
  • You have a talent for actively listening to others, quickly grasping their concerns and dealing with different types of communication
  • You are able to research and gather technical information across multiple tools while speaking with customers
  • You are solution-oriented, keep a cool head when dealing with complex queries and bring a willingness to get involved in technical problem solving
  • You are good at building lasting relationships with customers
  • You have a very good command of written and spoken German and English

At the headquarters in Ottobrunn near Munich, the Porsche eBike Performance GmbH develops, produces and markets advanced drive systems for two brands: FAZUA with the focus on pioneering compact lightweights for agile e-bikes and under the brand name Porsche exceptionally powerful drive systems. FAZUA is a young, ambitious brand that has transformed the cycling industry in 2017 with its innovative drive system for agile, compact, lightweight (and extremely good looking) e-bikes. Since July 2022, we are a part of  the Porsche eBike Performance GmbH through the takeover by Porsche AG.
