Test Engineer (m/f/d) limited to 1 Year

Your Tasks

  • You will develop comprehensive test plans to ensure the validation of our products at both component and system level.

  • Furthermore, you will be responsible for the integration of test samples and the commissioning of test setups.

  • Your role will also include planning, executing, and evaluating a wide range of tests, such as endurance tests, performance tests, climate tests, and test rides.

  • In addition, you will independently carry out functional and release tests and supervise testing activities conducted at external testing institutes.

  • Another key responsibility will be discussing test results with the relevant departments and jointly defining the next steps based on the findings.

  • Moreover, you will coordinate the development of test benches and support their setup and ongoing maintenance.

Your Profile

  • You hold a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Diplom degree in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering, or a comparable technical discipline.

  • Ideally, you have already gained initial experience in research and development or testing.

  • In addition, you possess basic knowledge in commissioning and analyzing CAN networks.

  • You also bring strong written and spoken German and English skills.

  • A self-reliant and structured way of working, combined with a collaborative team spirit, characterizes your professional approach.

  • Furthermore, a passion for bicycles is considered a plus.

Porsche E-Bike Performance was established to redefine mobility and develop innovative electric drive systems for e-bikes. Deine Aufgaben
  • Erarbeiten von Testplänen zur Absicherung unserer Produkte auf Komponenten- und Systemebene
  • Integration von Prüflingen und Inbetriebnahme von Prüfaufbauten
  • Verantwortung, Durchführung und Auswertung der einzelnen Tests (Dauerhaltbarkeitstests, Leistungstests, Klimatests, Testfahrten usw.)
  • Eigenständige Durchführung von Funktions- und Freigabetests sowie die Betreuung der Tests bei externen Prüfinstituten
  • Besprechung der Testergebnisse mit den relevanten Abteilungen und Erarbeitung des weiteren Vorgehens
  • Außerdem koordinierst du die Entwicklung von Prüfständen und unterstützt bei deren Aufbau und Wartung
Dein Profil
  • Abgeschlossenes Bachelor-/Master-/Diplomstudium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Fahrzeugtechnik, Mechatronik, Elektrotechnik oder ähnlichen Gebieten
  • Erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Forschung und Entwicklung/ Erprobung
  • Grundkenntnisseinder Inbetriebnahme und Analyse von CAN-Netzwerken
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnissein Wort und Schrift
  • Selbstständige Arbeitsweise und Spaß daran im Team zu arbeiten
  • Affinität für Fahrräder
