Test Technician (m/f/d) limited to 1 year

Your Tasks

In close collaboration with our developers and test engineers, you will design detailed test plans to ensure the reliability and quality of our products.
You will independently conduct demanding functional and release tests, including test rides as well as environmental, endurance, performance, and climate testing. In addition, you will coordinate and supervise external testing activities carried out at partner institutes.
A key part of your role will be the precise documentation of all test results and their thorough analysis with regard to overall product performance.
Furthermore, you will regularly align with the relevant departments, present test findings, and jointly define the next steps based on the results.
You will also take responsibility for the setup, maintenance, and continuous optimization of our test benches.

Your Profile

You hold a completed qualification as a state-certified technician (m/f/d) in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering, or a comparable technical field.
In addition, you bring at least two years of professional experience in research and development and/or testing.
A strong hands-on mentality and the ability to work practically and solution-oriented are among your key strengths.
You also possess good written and spoken German and English skills.
Furthermore, you are characterized by a self-reliant way of working while enjoying collaboration within a team.
Ideally, you also have a passion for bicycles.

Deine Aufgaben

In enger Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Entwicklern und Testingenieuren erstellst du detaillierte Testpläne zur Absicherung unserer Produkte
Eigenständige Durchführung von anspruchsvollen Funktions- und Freigabetests, darunter Testfahrten sowie Umwelt-, Dauerhaltbarkeits-, Leistungs- und Klimatests, und Betreuung von externen Prüfungen bei Partnerinstituten
Präzise Dokumentation sämtlicher Testergebnisse und Analyse dieser im Hinblick auf die Produktperformance
Regelmäßige Abstimmung mit den relevanten Abteilungen, Präsentation der Testergebnisse und gemeinsame Entwicklung des weiteren Vorgehen
Du bist verantwortlich für den Aufbau, die Pflege und die kontinuierliche Optimierung unserer Prüfstände

Dein Profil

Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum staatlich geprüften Techniker (m/w/d)im Bereich Maschinenbau, Fahrzeugtechnik, Mechatronik, Elektrotechnik oder ähnlichen Gebieten
Du hast mindestes 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Forschung und Entwicklung/Erprobung
Handwerkliches Geschick und Freude daran, praxisorientiert zu arbeiten sind deine Stärken
Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Selbstständige Arbeitsweise und Spaß daran im Team zu arbeiten
Affinität für Fahrräder
