Deine Aufgaben
  • Analyse der Entwicklungen und Technologien im Hinblick auf patentierbare Aspekte
  • Du arbeitest Patentanmeldungen aus und überwachst und begleitest den Anmeldeprozess inhaltlich
  • Durchführung von Patentrecherchen sowie Merkmalsanalysen und Bewertung Patentportfolios
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklern, Anwälten und externen Dienstleistern im Hinblick auf (IP) Intellectual Property Fragestellungen
  • Zudem unterstützt du das IP-Team bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von IP-Strategien
  • Du sammelst Feedback und bewertest Ergebnisse
Dein Profil
  • Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwissenschaften oder Ähnlichem 
  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in relevanten Bereichen
  • Grundkenntnisse im deutschen und internationalen Patentrecht und weißt, wie Schutzrechte aufgebaut sind
  • Du denkst analytisch und bist in der Lage komplexe technische Sachverhalte zu verstehen
  • Kenntnisse in folgender Software sind von Vorteil: SolidWorks, Confluence, Jira, MS Office, IamIP
  • Du bist organisiert und kannst deine Aufgaben über unterschiedliche und zeitkritische Projekte priorisieren und managen
  • Deine Arbeitsweise ist eigenständig und du arbeitest gerne im Team
  • Ideen und Sachverhalte kannst du gut kommunizieren
  • Du sprichst fließend Deutsch als auch Englisch

Die Porsche eBike Performance GmbH entwickelt, produziert und vermarktet am Firmenstandort in Ottobrunn bei München wegweisende Antriebssysteme unter zwei Marken: kompakte Leichtgewichte von FAZUA für agile E-Bikes, die ein außergewöhnlich natürliches Fahrgefühl schaffen, sowie zukünftig auch besonders leistungsfähige Antriebssysteme unter dem Markennamen Porsche. FAZUA ist eine junge, ambitionierte Marke, die 2017 die Fahrradindustrie mit einem komplett neuen, innovativen Antriebssystem für leichte, agile (und gutaussehende) E-Bikes auf den Kopf stellte. Seit Juli 2022 sind wir durch die Übernahme durch die Porsche AG Teil der Porsche eBike Performance GmbH. Unser diverses, offenes, progressives (und spaßiges) Team freut sich auf neue inspirierende Talente, die mit uns die Zukunft der E-Bike Technologie prägen und eine neue Fahrradkultur etablieren wollen.
Your Tasks
  • Analysing developments and technologies regarding patentable aspects.
  • Drafting patent applications and overseeing and guiding the application process substantively.
  • Conducting patent searches and feature analyses, evaluating patent portfolios.
  • Collaborating with developers, attorneys, and external service providers on (IP) Intellectual Property issues.
  • Assisting the IP team in developing and implementing IP strategies.
  • Collecting feedback and evaluating results.
Your Profile
  • Completed a technical degree in engineering or a related field
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in relevant areas
  • Basic knowledge of German and international patent law and understanding the structure of property rights
  • You think analytically and can comprehend complex technical matters
  • Proficiency in the following software is advantageous: SolidWorks, Confluence, Jira, MS Office, lamIP
  • Being organized, prioritizing and managing tasks across various and time-sensitive projects.
  • Working independently and coordinating with the team
  • Effectively communicating ideas and situations
  • You are fluent in both German and English
