Deine Aufgaben
  • Du bist zuständig für Planungsthemen im Bereich Operations / Logistik und bearbeitest diverse logistische Themen entlang der Wertschöpfungskette
  • Du betreust Optimierungs-Projekte für bestehende Prozesse, trägst zur Digitalisierung unserer Abläufe bei und verbesserst unsere Lagerstruktur
  • Du baust für unsere Supply Chain ein Kennzahlensystem auf und entwickelst dieses stetig weiter
  • Du bist einer der Ansprechpartner innerhalb der Logistik bei der Einführung eines neuen ERP-Systems
  • Du erarbeitest neue und optimierst bestehende Verpackungskonzepte und stellst die Erfüllung rechtlicher Anforderungen sicher
  • Du konzeptionierst und implementierst ein Behälter-Steuerungs-System
  • Du nimmst Kostenbewertungen vor und stellst jederzeit die Wirtschaftlichkeit der entwickelten Konzepte und Prozesse sicher
  • Durch das Etablieren von Lean-Methoden trägst Du zur Reduktion von Verschwendung bei und leistest damit einen Beitrag zur Nachhaltigkeit
  • Du übernimmst Aufgaben bei der logistischen Planung eines neuen Produktionsstandortes
  • Du fungierst als Schnittstelle zwischen Einkauf, Produktion und Vertrieb – auch standortübergreifend
Dein Profil
  • Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften / Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen Fachrichtung Logistik, idealerweise mit Kenntnissen der Verpackungstechnik oder eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit mehrjähriger Berufsverfahrung
  • Du verfügst über Erfahrungen in der Logistikplanung oder Verpackungsplanung und hast bereits diverse Optimierungsprojekte geleitet
  • Du bringst sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS-Office Programmen, insbesondere Excel, und mit einem ERP-System mit
  • Du hast ein hohes Kosten- und Qualitätsbewusstsein und denkst vorausschauend und übergreifend
  • Du magst es Prozesse zu verbessern und verfügst über hohe analytische Fähigkeiten
  • Du zeichnest dich durch ein hohes Maß an Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit sowie durch selbstständiges und gewissenhaftes Arbeiten aus
  • Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch
  • Du bist bereit für gelegentliche Dienstreisen

Die Porsche eBike Performance GmbH entwickelt, produziert und vermarktet am Firmenstandort in Ottobrunn bei München wegweisende Antriebssysteme unter zwei Marken: kompakte Leichtgewichte von FAZUA für agile E-Bikes, die ein außergewöhnlich natürliches Fahrgefühl schaffen, sowie zukünftig auch besonders leistungsfähige Antriebssysteme unter dem Markennamen Porsche. FAZUA ist eine junge, ambitionierte Marke, die 2017 die Fahrradindustrie mit einem komplett neuen, innovativen Antriebssystem für leichte, agile (und gutaussehende) E-Bikes auf den Kopf stellte. Seit Juli 2022 sind wir durch die Übernahme durch die Porsche AG Teil der Porsche eBike Performance GmbH. Unser diverses, offenes, progressives (und spaßiges) Team freut sich auf neue inspirierende Talente, die mit uns die Zukunft der E-Bike Technologie prägen und eine neue Fahrradkultur etablieren wollen.
Your Tasks
  • You are responsible for planning topics in the area of operations / logistics and work on various logistics topics along the value chain
  • You supervise optimisation projects for existing processes, contribute to the digitalisation of our processes and improve our warehouse structure
  • You build up a key performance indicator system for our supply chain and continuously develop it further
  • You are one of the contact persons within logistics for the introduction of a new ERP system
  • You develop new and optimise existing packaging concepts and ensure compliance with legal requirements
  • You design and implement a container control system
  • You carry out cost evaluations and ensure the economic efficiency of the developed concepts and processes at all times
  • By establishing lean methods, you contribute to the reduction of waste and thus make a contribution to sustainability
  • You take over tasks in the logistical planning of a new production site
  • You act as an interface between purchasing, production and sales - also across locations
Your Profile
  • You have a degree in economics / industrial engineering specialising in logistics, ideally with knowledge of packaging technology or a completed apprenticeship with several years of professional experience
  • You have experience in logistics planning or packaging planning and have already managed various optimisation projects
  • You have very good knowledge of MS Office programmes, especially Excel, and an ERP system
  • You have a high level of cost and quality awareness and think in a forward-looking and comprehensive manner
  • You like to improve processes and have high analytical skills
  • You are a team player, reliable and able to work independently and conscientiously
  • You are fluent in German and English
  • You are prepared for occasional business trips

At the headquarters in Ottobrunn near Munich, the Porsche eBike Performance GmbH develops, produces and markets advanced drive systems for two brands: FAZUA with the focus on pioneering compact lightweights for agile e-bikes and under the brand name Porsche exceptionally powerful drive systems. FAZUA is a young, ambitious brand that has transformed the cycling industry in 2017 with its innovative drive system for agile, compact, lightweight (and extremely good looking) e-bikes.
